Our Mission
At CertifiedLiveMusic.com, our mission is to verify that live music is actually live. We believe the artists should be honest and the audience would rather hear imperfect live music than near perfect music being lip synched or performed via "air" guitar. Don't even get us started on AI enhanced tracks that aren't even human!
The power of live music is a beautiful thing that needs to be preserved. It has the ability to connect people from all walks of life and create a sense of community. We aim to protect that value by certifying artists that play true live music and denying posers who are play acting as singers and musicians.
Our Artists
We will certify or de-certify any artist or band who claims to play live music. The larger the band, the more effort we put into ensuring that they are who they say they are. While we know we'll never catch 100% of the shenanigans that may occur with people faking live music, our audience army and onsite reviewers will eventually catch the bad eggs. If you want to retain your certification, just don't cheat.
